I am an experienced leader of change and am passionate about facilitating adaptation. I have successfully led large transformational projects, including restructuring of services on a global scale. I am comfortable with “big change”, and experienced in engaging with people impacted by transformational projects. I enjoy the challenge of working with entrenched cultures, and have developed approaches that are effective and scalable.
Our Approach
At ThinkLead we are passionate about non-deterministic approaches to leading change in organisations. There is no “silver bullet” when leading change. Out-dated models of change management simply don’t work because you are dealing with people, not inanimate objects. Therefore our approach is very much about understanding the context, seeking understanding, engaging people, and guiding them to insights. We have successfully applied these principles in contexts such as Mining, Public Sector, Shared Services and Correctional Services
